If a client needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment, 24 hours’ noticeto County Cleaners Corporation is required. Information may be given by email, SMS (text), or phone. Should a client fail to provide 24 hours'notice on more than one occasion, the Client must pay 50% for the canceled cleaning first offense and 100% of the fee for canceled cleanings afterward.
